Pellet boilers “Svetlobor” — excellent value for money!
Automation
Boiler “Svetlobor” is equipped with a heat exchanger cleaning system, a burner and an ash discharging mechanism. Due to the presence of these systems, owners do not need to do manual cleaning, as the boiler «self cleans» automatically. The pneumatic fuel supply system also eliminates the need to manually load the boiler. The level of automation in boiler “Svetlobor” is equivalent to the best Austrian and German analogues.
Autonomy
Boiler “Svetlobor” can operate for more than a month without any input from the owner. This is due to the automatic pellets storage system, which enables fuel to be supplied without human intervention. Similar storage systems are offered by only a few leading Austrian and German companies, as well as “Svetlobor”. All models of pellet boilers “Svetlobor” can be controlled remotely by SMS messages.
Pantophagy
Due to the comprehensive cleaning grate, adaptable controls and other design features, boiler “Svetlobor” is unaffected by the quality of the pellets (omnivorous). For it, there is no difference between European (white) fuel, and ordinary industrial fuel (gray with impurities). High humidity, ash or dust will also not affect it. This is a fundamental difference between the “Svetlobor” products and other European manufacturers.
Price
Automatic boilers “Svetlobor” are half the price of their Austrian and German counterparts (Okofen, KWB, Froling, Solarfocus), but are of equivalent technical quality. Automatic boilers “Svetlobor” are of a comparable price to “ordinary”/economy class Italian, Polish, etc. pellet boilers. However, when the operating performance of pellet boilers which require expensive pellets is considered, alongside daily manual loading and cleaning, the benefits of purchasing cheaper boilers is questionable.
The main features of pellet boilers “Svetlobor”:
— vacuum pellet feeding system;
— self-cleaning system for the heat exchanger tubes;
— ash removal system;
— smoke pipe cleaning system;
— grate cleaning system;
— electric ignition system;
— boiler control system via an industrial controller with PID control and touch screen;
— thermal circuits management system;
— weather-resistant control system;
— fuel supply control;
— adjustments to the fan and the smoke exhauster are carried out by the system
